Courses with an ITEC qualified therapist in Málaga and Fuengirola
Courses are organised through at the year and can be adapted to individual or group needs and can also vary in location.
The courses are held in rural houses in idyllic settings in Malaga province or in Aromabod, located in the capital. Courses can range from introductory weekend courses to a whole week which includes accommodation and food at a more than reasonable price.

Course of Holistic Aromatherapy and Relaxation in the "Mountains of Malaga":
Spend 7 days in September in a rural house in Alfarnate in the mountains of Málaga. House has a natural spring pool and large area of land (60.000 m) with fruit trees, olives and natural spaces in an idyllic setting surrounded by mediterranean oak woods and a wealth of flora and fauna in southern Spain.
Course includes 7 nights accomodation, all meals, cooked typical Andalusian style and accompanied by the local wines (special diets catered for) and a full programme of activities including:
- An introduction to holistic aromatherapy and naturopathy.
- An introduction to the uses of medicinal plants common to the area.
- Practical workshops using plant and essential oil preparations.
- Guided walks to identify the plants.
- Massage treatments.
- Visit to essential oil manufacturer and health spa.
- Relaxation, meditation and reiki.
- Excursion to Granada/Málaga.

Personal growth via 'The Chakras':
Feel better, learn and enjoy as the course takes you through a practical and individual experience of the seven mayor energy centres in the body, known as the Chakras.
Techniques include: meditation, visualisation, yoga postures, use of essential oils, crystals and reiki.
Courses provide materials and certificate of attendance.
The courses are designed by an ITEC qualified practitionerwith experience presenting workshops in the UK and Spain, including at Plymouth University and courses teaching and is a former member at the Westcountry Massage Association.
